Q: I tried to checkout but I am told it is not possible to ship to my location. What should I do?
A: For domestic orders containing a lot of items, the shipping estimate algorithms may be less accurate, but don't worry! Please send us a quick message or email and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. For international orders, we may need to update our shipping records to ship to your country. We are happy to do that and it only takes a moment. Please send us an email with your destination country and your postal code and we will modify the shipping capabilites right away.
Q: How come I cannot find a phone number to call?
A: At some point in the future we will be able to provide a toll free 800 number for our customers to reach out to for all customer service-related questions and as we expand, we will be able to implement this feature sooner rather than later.
Q: I am interested in pre-ordering items. Do I have to pay upfront for the order?
A: There are now two options:
#1: Credit Card via Paypal - Paypal requires immediate payment but this ensure shipment of your items as soon as we receive them.
#2: Paypal using Account - This also requires immediate payment using your Paypal account but also ensures shipment of your items as soon as we receive them.
Q: I pre-ordered items a while ago. Why do some items take so long to ship?
A: When we receive pre-order information from the manufacturer, we are given limited information up front. As release dates approach, we receive updated information which we can pass to the customer. Expected release dates constantly change as a result of manufacturer adjustments and we do our very best to bring our customers the most updated information possible.
Q: I ordered multiple items and one is in stock but the other are not. Can I get the in stock items now?
A: We will gladly hold the in stock items until all the items in your order arrive in our warehouse. But we will always email you as each item arrives to see if you would like us to ship what we have at that point or continue to wait.
Q: I want to send a note regarding an order but I've already placed my order. How can I send a quick message?
A: While logged into your account, click on 'My Account' at the top left of the website. Select 'View Messages'. Here you can select which order you would like to leave a note about and fill in the required info. We will be notified and can assist with your requests, etc promptly.
Q: How can I purchase a Gift Certificate? Does it expire?
A: While logged into your account, click on 'Gift Certificates' at the top left of the website. Fill in the required information. It is possible to preview the gift certificate prior to continuing to the cart for checkout. Gift Certificates expire after one year.
