Shipping & Return Policy:

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Items MUST be returned in the condition in which they were sold or the item and return will be refused.  NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC cannot be responsible for damage during shipment.  However, we do carry insurance on every shipment and a claim can be filed through the shipping company.  Once the claim is accepted, we will gladly send you replacement items from your order.  Please do not delay in notifying us there was damage during shipment as the shipping company may determine the damage was due to some other circumstance.  Return requests expire seven days after they are initiated if you (the buyer) does not respond to our email or storefront message communications.  If you would still like to process a return request, please re-file the request.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any whole case orders or purchases of any kind are non-refundable.  Whole case orders (including pre-orders) are purchased from the manufacturer on a per-purchase basis and purchasing a whole case of any item NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC sells or offers, is considered a binding contract to complete that transaction.  It is not possible at this time to return individual figures that were part of a whole case purchase.  Any decisions on discrepancies, concerns, conflicts, financial problems, etc., are the sole discretion of NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Pre-order items - Pre-Orders can be cancelled at any point unless they have been shipped from the manufacturer.  All of our pre-order items are ordered from the manufacturer based on customer pre-orders only.  Please email us at NJToysandCollectibles@gmail.com to find out if your pre-order items have already shipped from the manufacturer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States as well as the rest of the world.  If, during checkout, you encounter problems with shipping to locations outside the United States, please contact us immediately at NJToysandCollectibles@gmail.com and we will assist you.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Effective January 1, 2017:

All purchases made outside our storefront checkout process are subject to a 3.5% processing charge.  This includes all order paid using Paypal invoices, regardless of the amount.

Any unwarranted or unlawful attempts to contact the credit card company used to make purchase(s), especially after order(s) have been delivered and completed, where claims are made that njtoysandcollectibles.com has not properly fulfilled an order (or orders) will result in full investigation with credit agencies, banks and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Our customers are extremely important to us.  Please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Collector's Grading Scores:

NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC is not a professional grading authority.  Nor do we claim to act as one at any time for any reason.  We use an arbitrary designation of C0-C10 to determine a level of quality for collectible items.  We are not able to inspect for minute or microscopic blemishes, scratches, inconsistencies, dents, dings, paint variations or damage or any kind.  We use our best guess in determining Collector's Grade items and NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC has the sole right to determine course of action during a dispute, regardless of fault, subjective or perceived quality or grade.  NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC is not responsible for damage or reduced grade during shipping.  If you feel something was damaged during shipping NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC will provide you with all the necessary information to file a claim with the shipping company upon request.

A Grade of C9 -A grade of C9 or better is what NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC determines as mint condition, where this item is for display purposes, not to be opened

A Grade of C8+ -A grade of C8 or better is what NJ Toys and Collectibles LLC determine as near mint condition or better, where this item can be displayed or can be opened or removed from the packaging.
